The time has come to launch our first mod for Nissan owners! With help from a designer who is part of the Nissan community, we’ve been able to create ashtray replacement cup holders for the Nissan Navara D22.
In true Mullet Mods style, these no-frills cup holders are sturdy, practical and adjustable to fit a range of beverages or even a couple of sausage rolls. They won’t interfere with the gear stick or drive section but will stop you from spilling drink on your good pants.
INSTALLATION:
Step 1: Replace the existing ashtrays in the D22 with our Mullet Mods cup holder
To install our cup holders you will need to remove the existing ashtrays, unscrew the silver spring retention arm from the ashtrays and screw them into our cup holders (just one screw per ashtray, try not to lose it). This spring retention arm allows the cup holders to sit in two different positions. The position closer to the dash is perfect for shorter drinks such as cans and coffee cups, while the pulled out position accommodates for tallies and drink bottles. Neither of these positions will interfere with gear or drive selection.
