Q: Where is my order?
A: The short answer is we're in our Aussie warehouse right now making it for you or it's currently in the process of being shipped to you by our mates at Australia Post. The long answer is, we're a small Aussie business and every mod is made to order the day you buy it. To manage your expectations as best we can, all current lead times are outlined in red on each of our product pages. Once your mod is made by us and shipped, you will get a shipping confirmation email. Can't find it? See below.
Q: I can't find my order confirmation email or shipping confirmation email?
A: Please check all of your folders including your junk, promotions and social folders before you contact us. Our confirmation emails do tend to end up in theese "other" inboxes. The easiest way to find it is to search your whole inbox for Mullet Mods and you should find any correspondence from us.
Q: Do your Toyota LandCruiser cup holders fit other 70 series LandCruisers?
A: Yes. Our cup holders fit into the factory 79 dual cabs and 76 & 78 series center consoles. Our front cup holders may also fit older series Cruisers such as the 75 series, BJ73 and BJ74 provided that they have the same center console as the newer 70 series models (pictured on our website). Q: Are 3D printed parts tough enough?
A: Simply put yes. Our products have gone through some pretty rough testing including being baked in the oven at 110 degrees celcius. Four materials were tested, PLA, ABS, ASA and PETG with PETG offering the best option. We have intentionally over engineered them to withstand the kind of abuse 4WD owners are likely to hand out.
Q: Do you make mods for other cars?
A: We don't make custom mods however, we develop new mods based on demand. The best thing you can do if you want to request a new mod is to email us with pictures of your vehicle.
