NISSAN GQ PATROL FRONT CUP HOLDERS
Apparently car manufacturers in the 90’s didn't care for having cup holders in their 4WDs or just thought straddling your drinks between your legs was the way to do it. Either way this is unacceptable in our new caffeinated era of takeaway coffees and red bulls.
The Mullet Mods community asked us to give the GQ some much needed cup holders and so here they are with an extra bit of storage for your wallet and phone. 3D printed in Australia from high-strength PETG, these cup holders are designed to fit into the factory center console of the GQ Patrol with a 60 second install. This front cup holder is a great quality of life upgrade for your project car, weekend wheeler or daily driver.
Note: It’s not an exact colour match due to the materials used in the 3D printed process with our grey coming in a little lighter than factory but its a whole lot better than spilt coffee on your pants.
What they fit: This front cup holder fits two standard-sized cans with neoprene coolers, has a tray perfect for pens or loose change and a deep back pocket for your wallet and sunnies.
INSTALLATION:
If you have also purchased our switch panel please install it before the cup holders. Remove that manky 30-year-old carpet from the two front sections of the console if it hasn't already fallen out. It is a fast installation so you should really spend a few minutes cleaning the area that the cup holders will sit into as it will help with adhesion. Remove the backing off the adhesive tape that we have supplied. Once you have removed the backing, push the cup holders down into place with a good bit of pressure to make sure the double sided tape is making good contact with the console.
NOTE: Although it may look close in these images, our GQ Patrol cup holders have been designed to provide enough room around your gear stick and handbrake.
